OLLI and Covid-Safety

As the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) resumes in-person programming this Spring, the health and safety of our members is our highest priority.

Masks Optional Starting March 19, 2022

Starting March 19, face masks will be optional in classrooms.

Proof of Full Vaccination/Negative Test

Proof of full vaccination* or negative COVID test dated within the previous 72 hours will be required for onsite classes and events.

Such proof may be actual cards or documents or photographs on a mobile device.

Please bring it with you to your first class session.

*Full Vaccination status definition per CDC guidelines: “Fully vaccinated means a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine. Up to date means a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series COVID-19 vaccine, and a booster dose when eligible.”

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your course or lecture, and our onsite Continuing Education Staff or the Instructor will be there to check you in.

Please note: We only check the vaccine card on the first day of class, but a negative COVID test will be required for each session of class.

Additional Protocols

In addition, we have instituted enhanced cleaning procedures, smaller class maximums and social distancing in classrooms.

Please see more on CE’s safety procedures here.
